Can EESY FIX offer financing?
Yes, this is typically used for residential projects over $1000. Our standard terms are 1.5% per month on outstanding balances. Terms can last up to 12 months.
Does EESY FIX accept credit cards?
Yes, there will be an additional fee of 2.5% to swipe the card and 3.5% to enter the card number manually.
Does EESY FIX offer a warranty or stand behind their craftsmanship?
We offer the standard 1 year warranty on craftsmanship. More importantly, we have been in business for 8 years with the same ownership. Most of our top tier technicians have been with the company for many years. Longevity and sustainability is the goal. Standing behind our service and being responsive to our customer’s satisfaction demands is where we have found success.
Can EESY FIX provide financials or a three year plan?
Absolutely! It is our intention to be as transparent as possible. Any of our employees or customers, at the discretion of management, are welcome to see how the business is doing in achieving our goals. Just be careful what you ask for. Management, in particular, would love to spend lots of time talking about our goals and projections for the future with you! How long do you have and are you buying lunch?
Where is EESY FIX eligible to work?
We are a New Mexico based company. The qualifying party for EESY FIX also holds a Washington State electrical administrators license and is working on getting qualified in Colorado. Through reciprocal relationships and strategic partnerships we are also able to work in the following states… Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, Nevada, and Florida.

How much credit is available to EESY FIX?
$325,000 revolving institutional credit, Unlimited job account limits at major suppliers, bonding up to $1 million standard and higher on a per job basis if needed.
What clearances are EESY FIX and its employees able to get?
LANL, Intel, CDC, Kirtland Air Force Base, Canon Air Force Base, UNMH.

Employees are asked to complete a “customer needs” worksheet before every job. This sheet is intended to help us identify the core needs of our customers AND to help our customers understand how Abraxas can be as effective as possible in meeting those needs. Communication, internal and external, is an aspect of our business that we are continuously making improvements. We want our customers to see clear, responsive communication as an area of excellence for EESY FIX.
We welcome all job types and customers. If we are not capable, we will tell you, but our business has been built on a broad range of project types.
Can EESY FIX provide references?
One of the latest and greatest compliments was from a New Mexico based realtor who sent us a card in the mail that read “Thanks for taking on our project. I know it turned into a larger job than anticipated and both my seller and I appreciate you honoring the original estimate. Thanks for being an awesome contractor!” This is what we strive for!
Does EESY FIX give back in any way?
10% of our net profits go to programs that help feed people. Currently, most of this money goes to Roadrunner Food Bank.
We also have an established, and highly competitive, internal “service” program. The big goal is to serve 1,000,000 people in a positive way over the next three years. The system to achieve this goal is based on a monthly competition between employees which nets a $100 bonus each month to the person that has served the most people in the name of EESY FIX.
