Electrical Work for Remodels/Expansions/New Builds

• We will then send you an itemized bid on company letterhead with our insurance and any other necessary documentation. All of our bids are accompanied with a breakdown of how we came to the cost determination, as are any change orders.
• Upon agreeing to terms and scope of work we will do everything in our power to complete the work within the schedule and budget agreed to. • Upon completion of the scope our technicians will typically ask for a completion letter to be signed. We don’t consider the job finished unless the customer is more than satisfied that the job is complete.
• Typically, we will bill or ask for progress payments to be made on a net 30 basis. We will often offer a .5% discount for early payments made within 15 days of the billing date. You will be sent an invoice with a brief survey attached to let us know how we did and how we can improve in the future.

• We are able to stamp prints or self-designed systems for use in pulling building permits. Depending on the size of the job, we will normally charge roughly $1500 for this service. We can also assist in designing or drawing prints at a negotiated price.
